A lean, modular business system I built to deploy and customize quickly for businesses of almost any type. Every engagement starts from it, which means the first working version you see is usually days away, not months.
Each module stands on its own. You run the ones your business needs and nothing else. Because it is a skeleton and not a product, it is shaped around your process from the start. There is nothing to bend your business around.

Physarum polycephalum is a single cell with no brain. Given oat flakes laid out like the cities around Tokyo, it rebuilt the region's rail network in about a day.
It does this by exploring everything at once, then reinforcing the paths that carry flow and abandoning the ones that don't. No plan, no central control. Just feedback, and the discipline to let redundant routes fall away.
That is where the name comes from, and how I work. Understand where information actually moves through your business. Strengthen the paths that matter. Stop maintaining the ones that don't. The system that's left is lean because it was found, not designed from the top down.
